This is the guy you'll see waving his arms around and telling everybody what to do when you walk into a rehearsal.  If you're new to barbershop music or to choirs in general, you may be a bit apprehensive about dealing with a director, or perhaps about the newness itself.  While learning new things can be painful, we're all here to have fun singing, and Paul makes sure that this this can happen.  Expect only support and encouragement as you develop here.
